Ray C and Hamisa Mobetto have settled their differences, and they are now friends.
Ray C made the unexpected move by leaving a positive comment on her Instagram post. The two haven’t openly shown that they have squashed their beef through the IG post.
Earlier on, Hamisa shocked her fans and followers by dipping her finger in the music waters. She made her music debut with a single named Madame Hero. The audio pleased most of her fans, but her estranged ex-lover, Diamond Platnumz didn’t like it at all.
Ray C even attacked Hamisa citing that the song was bad and that it ‘diluted’ the Bongo Flavor. According to Ray C, Hamisa was among the musicians that deteriorated the Bongo Music.
“Mnaharibu maana nzima ya Bongo Flava! Acheni utani na kazi za watu! Sio kila mtu aimbe. It’s bullshit. Am tired of listening to bullshit song! #LevelUp,” (You are downgrading the whole meaning of Tanzanian Music! Stop messing around with people’s work! Singing is not for everyone) Ray C wrote on her IG page.
Surprisingly, Ray C is now showing love to the same song, which is in a video format this time. She even went to upload the video on her IG page and share it with her fans.
Here is Ray C’s IG post on Hamisa’s Madame Hero video;

“Upendo zaidi utawale kwenye nafsi zetu… Inshallah” (Above all, let love reign in our souls… Inshallah) she captioned.
After the release of Hamisa Mobetto’s music video, it seems like her beef with Ray C is squashed, and there’s love between the two. Hamisa also liked Ray C’s IG post.
Furthermore, the songstress and the model went ahead to joke about the Fendi skirts that had fueled their beef a few months ago. Ray C initially accused Hamisa of selling ‘fake Chinese clothes’ after the model opened a new boutique.

While one sour beef seems to have been settled, another one is heating up. Hamisa Mobetto doesn’t seem to be over Diamond’s cold treatment and recent witchcraft accusation. However, it looks like she is not directly attacking her ex-lover, but hitting hard on his mother and sister.
In the music video, Hamisa is heavily pregnant, and she is seen being thrown out by a woman and her daughter. It is believed that the woman depicts Diamond’s mom, Mama Dangote, and the daughter portrays the sister, Esma Platnumz. This is shown at the beginning of the video.
The flamboyant Tanzanian musician has not made any comments about his ex’s music video, yet. Since he had commended [negatively] on the audio of the same song, he might as well mock Hamisa about the video.
But since Diamond was angry about Hamisa attacking his mom and sister, he will most definitely not take it lightly if he believes Hamisa is mocking the two in her new music video. Until then, let love reign
