The newly appointed Vice-chairperson of NCIC madam Fatuma S. Tabwara collapsed and died today, December 29, at a wedding of a relative.
Prior to her death, Fatuma was part of the new team that took over from the Francis Ole Kaparo-led team on November 21.
She was pronounced dead upon arrival at hospital where she was rushed after collapsing at a wedding in Kwale County.
Doctors who attended to her said she suffered a heart attack.
