Here is how to book ENA Coach online.

To book your ENA Coach ticket online, just follow these simple steps. Note: this applies to customers who have NOT downloaded ENA Apps on either phones or computers

Step 1

Before you can proceed, have some money in your Mpesa Account. Enough for the bus ticket and transaction fees.

 Step 2

If you are connected to the internet, fire up the ENA Coach website by loggng on into http://www.enacoach.co.ke which will direct you to the home page. Once here, there are four blank sections marked
“From” departure town
“To” destination town
“1” number of Passengers

In my case, you can see above, that I am leaving from Nairobi and going to Kisumu

Also, remember to choose the travel date…. I have selected date 25/02/20

Once done, hit the “ Search” button to proceed to the next page

Step 3

In the next page, there are several buses listed, to decide on travel time. This could be either during the day or during the night.

Once you have decided on this, choose the corresponding Bus.
In my case, I am going to choose a bus that leaves at 8.00am Nairobi to Siaya during the day by slecting “view seats”

If successful, you will be taken to a page that looks this way (below)

As you can see above, all you need to do is book a seat. From the image above, you can see the seats booked (shown in grey) and available seats (shown in white).
If you select a seat, it will be highlighted in red. So all I have to do is select one of the seats that are available (shown in white/blue).
Therefore, I am going to choose seat number 3A. When I click on this seat, it is highlighted in Red color.
Now, if you are following, hit the “continue” button to the right.

Step 4

In the next page You will be taken to a page marked ‘Trip Review‘ showing all destination details including payment. Once confirmed, hit “Continue” as sown below

Step 5

Once done, the next page is “join ENA Coach Bus”
Here you either sign up as a new customer using your email, sign in if you are already a member or “continue as Guest”
I have decided to continue as a guest.

Step 6

Once done, the next page is “join ENA Coach Bus”
Here you either sign up a new customer using your email, sign in if you are already a member or “continue as Guest”
I have decided to continue as a guest.
At the right side of the page you will be prompted to fill the passenger details, this include… Email, Name, Sex, Age, Country code, Mobile number, Nationality and ID, then hit the “Proceed to Pay” button.

Step 7

In the next page Hit “Make Payment” Button and enter your M-Pesa PIN and the payment is made.

In case something goes wrong during the process, you can use the designated ENA Coach chat with support or 24hrs Customer Service line 0709832000.

Think comfort, think smooth trips with exemplary service from booking all the way to your destination.
