CS Tuju Flown To Nairobi For Specialised Treatment After Kijabe Road Crash [Video]

Jubilee Party Secretary General Raphael Tuju who was on Wednesday morning involved in road crash on Nakuru-Nairobi highway in his way to Kabarak has been airlifted to Karen Hospital in Nairobi for specialised treatment 

According to the CEO Kijabe Mission Hospital, Dr. Ken Muma, Tuju who is also the CS without Portfolio underwent surgery that stabilised him for the flight.

He also noted that the matatu driver Bernard Kariuki was in life support while others admitted at the hospital sustained minor injuries.

  • “All the injured were rushed to Kijabe Mission Hospital where they are admitted in stable condition apart from the matatu driver who is on life support,” Dr Muma said.

Dr. Muma was accompanied by Cabinet Secretaries Amina Mohammed and Joe Mucheru and Machakos Governor Dr Alfred Mutua
