Addis Ababa, Ethiopia – Djibouti’s Foreign Minister Mahamoud Ali Youssouf has secured victory in the fourth round of voting for the African Union Commission (AUC) Chairperson position, garnering 25 votes. Kenya’s Raila Odinga finished second with 21 votes, while one vote was spoilt, and two abstentions were recorded.
