Pro-BBI Appeals High Court Ruling As President Kenyatta Appoints Ouko As Supreme Court Judge

After 5 High court judges dismissed the BBI report, Kenyans and Tangatanga affiliates mocked and laughed at BBI report proponents, President Kenyatta and Raila Odinga as loosers.

As the case is now headed to Supreme Court, the President Kenyatta is not leaving anything to chance anymore. Kenyatta has moved with speed to appoint Judge William Ouko who was recently nominated by JSC.

With William Ouko heading there as supreme Court judge, observers believe that the new CJ Lady justice Koome, Madam Ngugi, Lenaola and Smokin Wanjala are likely to rule on favor of the BBI report.
