The President in a special gazette notice appointed Justice William Ouko Okello as supreme court judge.
With William Ouko heading there as supreme Court judge, observers believe that the new CJ Lady justice Koome, Madam Ngugi, Lenaola and Smokin Wanjala are likely to rule on favor of the BBI report.
