Veska Kangogo loves to peddle the narrative that she is a person who loves to champion for the rights of the weak and vulnerable in society however the majority know that this is far from the truth.
Known for her love of staging pictures with the less fortunate for the sake of publicity the sad reality on the ground is that Veska is a selfish politician in character and at heart.
Having been mentioned as one of the core beneficiaries in Sonko’s corruption case, many in the Nairobi county government paint her as a greedy and corrupt employee with misplaced loyalty.

”Veska has been involved in various corruption cases here in the county government for years now.She was openly exposed when Sonko was arrested and had his day in court that is when she was mentioned and the truth came to the forefront.” she said
“Her love of bribes and lack of honesty is what did it for us as her colleagues.The bribery, corruption and greed she has is just too much.She needs to change.” She said
Sadly since becoming CECM in Nairobi county philanthropic Vesca has never used that opportunity to empower anyone in Uasin gishu county.
She recently announced that she intends to run for governor Uasin gishu county and many wonder how this plays out especially after falling out with deputy president William Ruto over loyalty concerns in the jubilee administration.
