Kamonde village in Kadhiambo sub-Location, Kawino south location- Kadibo Sub-county in Kisumu County today got a rude shock after they found a middle aged man’s genitals Chopped off in unclear circumstance.
Wycliffe Ochieng Adongo whose private parts were Chopped was rushed to Nyangande Hospital but succumbed to the injuries before the doctors could attend to him.
