ENA Coach which has its head office located at KPCU Building (Wakulima House), Ground Floor Along Haile Selassie Avenue, Nairobi, bolted out from the then Transline Classic services after complains from customers due to poor customer services, rude staff and poor maintenance of vehicles among others.

You remember, traveling by then, from one city to another meant that a person had to book a bus from a bus station. This was a disadvantage because you never knew when the bus was departing. Moreover, you could not know how much to pay and when you would be arriving at your destination.

With Experience in the Public Service Vehicle industry and courier services, ENA Coach in partnership with Explorer Parcel Handlers (EPH) evaluated the challenges and came up with better services to offer EXEMPLARY SERVICES to its customers
